Sap to Syrup!
Weekends in March, beginning March 8 (weather permitting)
We’ve been tapping Maple, and Black Walnut trees and will be cooking that sap down with demos Saturdays & Sundays, 11-5, beginning March 8th.
It’s hard reduce the sap if it’s raining, and unsafe to light a fire if we have gusty winds but our inside space is cozy and dry.
Plant sale – Certified organic tomatoes, peppers and herbs, fig trees, blackberries
