National Repeal Day!

evening sky at Willow Oaks

After 14 years of Prohibition most of America’s cider and apple culture had been obliterated. The FBI and the Temperance activists had destroyed acres and acres of apple orchards. Unlike barley, rye, and wheat, used for beer and whiskey, the humble apple just didn’t have the means to spring back quickly.

Willow Oaks craft cider ferments our cider from Certified Organic, heirloom apples. We’ve been growing our orchard for 40 years at Country Pleasures Farm, Maryland’s oldest organic farm.

Celebrate the 21st amendment with us, Sunday, December 7.

Drink Cider as our founding families did.
